The 12-Month Advanced Manufacturing Program

A structured, cohort-based curriculum delivered inside CSS's active production environment — covering six technology tracks, three progressive phases, and over 50 hours of hands-on technical assistance per participant.

PHASE-01
01

Foundation & Assessment

Months 1–3

Participants undergo a comprehensive manufacturing readiness assessment, establish baseline technology competencies, and receive individualized gap analysis. CSS engineers work directly with each firm to map current capabilities against program objectives.

PHASE-02
02

Technology Immersion

Months 4–8

The core of the program — participants rotate through all six technology tracks in CSS's live production environment. Each track combines structured instruction with hands-on application on real production challenges. Cohort peer learning is built into the schedule.

PHASE-03
03

Integration & Readiness

Months 9–12

Participants integrate technology knowledge into their own operations with direct CSS technical assistance. Business readiness modules cover ERP/MES/QMS implementation, contract readiness, pricing strategy, and supply-chain integration. Program concludes with a readiness review and post-program support plan.
